• Propping (using your things, my things or new!)
• Shopping (for props, bedding, window treatments, etc.)
• Paint color and decorating recommendations
• Contacts for handymen, painters, electricians, plumbers, etc.

Standard Steps in the Staging / Styling Process

• Initial consultation followed by suggested “Punch List” (approximately 1.5-2 hours)
• Follow-up meeting to review recommendations/develop action plan (approximately ½ - 1 hour)
• Shopping for needed household items (approximately 1.5-3 hours)
• In-home styling, rearranging, propping, etc. (approximately 1-3 hours)

• $75 per hour consulting, shopping, staging
• $25 per hour travel time
