Marketing Plan

When you’re looking to sell your real estate, aggressive and innovative marketing techniques make all the difference.  Solid preparation and a clear understanding of the market, the methods, and effective follow through is essential to get the desired result for you:  Sell your home for the most money in the least amount of time with no surprises.

Market

Most sellers assume that the job of the listing agent is to find a buyer for your home.  I seek to find the best buyer for your home- one that is qualified and ready.  To do that, simply placing your listing in the local MLS or advertising in the newspaper is just not enough.  Yet that is just what many other real estate agents will do.  Effective marketing to the vast community of REALTORS in the area is critical.  The power of networking instantly puts hundreds, even thousands of REALTORS to work to sell your home.

Preparation

My team and I will work with you prior to putting your home on the market and offer suggestions on how to maximize your return by showcasing your home for sale.

  • Staging the property for sale
    Declutter, Clean, Repair, Brighten, Neutralize
  • High Quality Photos
  • Well written descriptions

Methods

This is where the rubber hits the road, and what sets me apart from other real estate agents in the seacoast.

Getting the word out there- getting your home in particular to stand apart from the rest- is something that my team and I are obsessed with.  I offer a multi faceted marketing approach to do just that.

Web Based

Studies show that more than 80% of today’s home buyers start looking for homes on the internet.  I utilize the internet to maximize exposure for your property. Your home will be featured on the following websites:

Follow Through

The most common complaint I hear when I speak to a seller is that their previous REALTOR didn’t communicate effectively, if at all!  I know it’s hard to believe, but I hear it time and time again.  It is a priority of mine to communicate to the seller throughout the process and when necessary adjust the marketing approach.  The avenues of communication include:

Feedback

Communication

  • Weekly Scheduled Status Updates
  • Telephone and email based
