Traditional advertising has a limited viewership
Selling your property can be costly and time consuming. Traditional advertising such as newspaper ads, brochures, and open houses have a limited reach. These traditional forms of marketing don't give buyers a feel for what your property actually looks like. In fact, newspaper circulation in 2005 and 2006 dropped universally throughout the country.
My video tours provide the viewer with a visual and audio (narration and music) experience of the property designed to evoke emotion. Typical virtual tours are a set of static pictures placed side by side to give the illusion you are standing in one spot in the home - spinning in a circle. There is no audio to create the emotion evoking experience for the viewer.

Buyers can preview their next home without ever setting foot outside their current one and without bothering you. This online service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week from everywhere. Exposure Everywhere
In addition to being available through the New Hampshire MLS on every real estate website, it will also be available on Realtor.com, the nation's most visited real estate site. Your video is also uploaded to a half dozen video websites, such as Google Video, YouTube, Yahoo Video, etc. (Traditional virtual tours cannot be uploaded to video websites). My real Estate Videos gen lly land on the first couple of pages of Google searches - within days! This can not happen with your typical 360 degree virtual tour.
