I am currently offering a monthly series of seminars for real estate consumers. I will host a wide variety of guest speakers including mortgage, legal, insurance, title, staging, home inspection and other professionals.
Buyer's Seminars
Will take place on the first Tuesday of each month. The first buyer’s seminar will focus on the total buying process from pre approval to closing, and will include information on avoiding common buying mistakes. Guest speakers will be Karen Mayrand of Great East Mortgage and Lora Piatti of Great East Title Services. Attendees will all be eligible for a free mortgage pre approval and a free $250 closing cost credit coupon. Suitable for first time and seasoned buyers.
Seller’s Seminars
Will be held on the third Tuesday of each month beginning March 20th. The first seller’s seminar will focus on selling your home in a flat market, and will cover staging your home for success and will showcase a wide variety of advanced marketing techniques.
All of the one hour seminars will begin promptly at 6:00PM at The Masiello Group’s Hampton office at 408 Lafayette Road. Refreshments will be served and attendees will receive pertinent information and discount coupons for real estate services. Question and answer sessions will follow the informal presentations.
